I am a very busy girl this weekend! I have a garage sale I am currently advertising and have already had some questions and comments on the items my husband and I are selling. I have a feeling it will be busy. So, this weekend menu will reflect simple, filling and easy. I don’t think I’ll hear any complaints 😉
It’s so easy in fact that you don’t need a THM recipe book or pinterest to follow. Yes that is completely possible!

To add flavor to my canned green beans I usually add a wedge of Laughing Cow light with salt, pepper and powdered garlic. I love my green beans this way!
To make the green bean french fries you must have them fresh or frozen whole. I put them in a zip lock bag, pour some olive oil over them, dump spices (any that sound good) over them and mix. Put parchment paper over the baking sheet and spread the green beans out. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake them at 400 until brown on the edges. When they come out squeeze a lemon over them and whala! Amazing!
Opps I guess I lied. You will need one recipe from the book to make the Greek yogurt pudding 😉 Its very simple though!

My Chocolate Protein Smoothie.
Put the following ingredients into a blender:
1 cup Cashew Milk
2 Tbs. Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 packets Truvia
1 squirt Skinny Girl Liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Caramel or Vanilla Extract
1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
6 cubes of ice or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
