The weekend is fast approaching yet again and I am here to keep you on track with THM.

None again! I am simply sticking to the original book this time around. It really does make things simpler and I honestly use this often. Its easy to get caught up in Pinterest and all the recipes on there but when first starting out stick to the book till you fully grasp and understand what makes the E, S and FP meals.
I have listed again my protein smoothie but feel free to add some on plan peanut butter flour for a more candy bar taste. There are lots of other smoothie fuel pull options available in the THM book as well 🙂
My Chocolate Protein Smoothie.
Put the following ingredients into a blender:
1 cup Cashew Milk
2 Tbs. Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 packets Truvia
1 squirt Skinny Girl Liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Caramel or Vanilla Extract
1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
6 cubes of ice or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
I forgot to post some desserts after the S meals. Feel free to browse the THM book for some ideas! Sometimes I add a little dessert after my S lunches if it wasn’t very big but I always have a little something after my S dinners 😉
