Are you feeling better about your weekends? Are you growing more confident in your ability to stay on plan without regret? Well you should be! And if your not, try try again!


Lets do this! Get pumped! Get excited! Summer is around the corner and you want to look and feel confident in that maxi dress, in that swim suit, in that tank top. You have to decide how bad you want it. No excuses. Don’t give yourself the wishy washy, the but this or that. Nope. Your going to do this and I am going to help!

What you will need in this weeks menu:

My Chocolate Protein Smoothie.

Put the following ingredients into a blender:
1 cup Cashew Milk
2 Tbs. Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 packets Truvia
1 squirt Skinny Girl Liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Caramel or Vanilla Extract
1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
6 cubes of ice or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
