We are having a chef and taco salad for lunch and many of us love Ranch! Here are a few ways to keep it on plan.

I am searching for am on plan brand of ranch you can purchase from your grocery store. I will update this when I have some ideas 🙂
Sometimes I just put a spoonful of sour cream on the top of my salad and eat it that way.

My Chocolate Protein Smoothie.
Put the following ingredients into a blender:
1 cup Cashew Milk
2 Tbs. Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 packets Truvia
1 squirt Skinny Girl Liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Caramel or Vanilla Extract
1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
6 cubes of ice or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
