We are having a chef and taco salad for lunch and many of us love Ranch! Here are a few ways to keepย it on plan.

Qwen’s-nest.com has and excellent Ranch Dressing Recipe and Mix.

I am searching for am on plan brand of ranch you can purchase from your grocery store. I will update this when I have some ideas ๐Ÿ™‚

Sometimes I just put a spoonful of sour cream on the top of my salad and eat it that way.

There are other on plan dressing options you can Pinterest for ideas.

And last but not least my favorite smoothie ever:

My Chocolate Protein Smoothie.

Put the following ingredients into a blender:
1 cup Cashew Milk
2 Tbs. Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 packets Truvia
1 squirt Skinny Girl Liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Caramel or Vanilla Extract
1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
6 cubes of ice or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
