Getting Back on Track with THM for 2016.

December is always a whirlwind! It comes, its cold, it busy and with all the holiday get together’s the off plan foods are EVERYWHERE!

Being a hard core THM even I must admit I have fallen off the wagon. I haven’t partaken in the sugar but the crossovers, the wine, the buttery, salty popcorn, the THM treats… Oh me oh my!

My cloths are a bit tight and my mood a bit tired. With the new years a week away I am looking forward to getting back on track and feeling more like myself.

I have a lot of things planned for my 2016 and if I get my food and body in line it will be one less thing I have to worry about.

So, in this post I will write how I will get back on track with my THM life and add a two week menu plan to help us both out.

We can do this! Whether you are just starting out or if you are like me, getting back on track. The first two weeks always seem to be the most difficult so lets plan it out, buy the items we need and quit the excuses! Its time to feel good again! Throw that nasty food away. No temptations. This is THM boot camp baby, and you are going to make it!

My advice –

Don’t weigh yourself! Hide that scale and don’t pull it out until after your two weeks are over. These first two weeks are about getting you back on track, about making you feel better. Weight loss will follow but it will be slow at first. I don’t want you mad or frustrated and giving up. If you go off how you feel you will get better results, you will think more positive and that is what this is all about!

No scale! Okay?! I know its hard but trust me. No scale.

Keep in mind I am a simple person. I repeat my breakfasts a lot and go for the easy dinner plans. I eat leftovers for lunch because its easy and I love them.
